Man Without A Face
November 9th 2006 00:20
There’s this guy, nobody important. Just a guy. Works in an office with lots of other people who don’t pay him any mind because he isn’t anyone important.
Then one morning this guy wakes up and looks in the mirror only to discover that his face has gone M.I.A. Not entirely sure how to deal with this development he goes to work. And guess what no one even notices the absence of his face.
Understandably this does not make the guy feel very good. Its bad enough being a nobody, but a faceless nobody just adds insult to injury and is really a bit much to bear.
So he goes on a rampage. Killing his bosses, the guy who spilt coffee on him, the secretary who could never remember his name. But no matter who or how many he killed he didn’t seem to come any closer to finding his face. He tried to feel empowered by his anonymity, but he didn’t. He missed his face, the fact of it, knowing it was there…
